Cancellations

We know you’re excited to receive your order, and we prepare packages for shipping super quickly! If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 12 hours of payment. After that, cancellation will depend on the preparation status. Unfortunately, we can't cancel orders that have already shipped.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to love your purchase! That’s why we have a 14-day return policy. If you need to return an item, just let us know within 14 days of receiving it.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Don’t forget to include your receipt or proof of purchase!To start a return, simply reach out to us at support@nipnipsquishy.com. If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with the address to send the package back. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email about its status. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few days. Please note that items returned without prior approval won't be accepted.

Damages and Issues

If you received the wrong item or a defective product, we're here to help! You can request a refund to your original payment method within 14 days of purchase. Just send us a photo of the damaged item along with your order number to support@nipnipsquishy.com with the subject line: DAMAGED. Claims submitted after 14 days cannot be compensated.Your satisfaction is our top priority!
